Can I ship to an address other than my own - as a gift for example?

It depends - if paying with a credit card we only ship to the billing address that the card is registered with. At the payment stage your credit card details are passed through an Address Verification Service (AVS) to see if the address that you have given us is the same as the one registered with the bank. If we know you as a regular customer or if you pay by bank transfer then we can relax this rule and ship to a gift address.
 

How are the cigars shipped?

Cigars are shipped by registered mail in their original factory sealed boxes with the cigar bands on. Should you wish us to inspect your cigars first then please advise us to do so. There are no Customs declarations on the parcel because they are classed as international letters under 2kg.
 

Can I return my cigars?

If goods are found to be defective or broken on arrival please contact us for an RMA  (Returns Merchandise Authorization) before sending the cigars back to us. We will send a replacement or refund your money according to your preference as soon as the defective goods are received by us.
 

How do I know that I am going to receive my cigars?

Buying anything on the internet requires trust but when it comes to buying Havana Cuban cigars in a foreign country you are going to need a hefty dose of it. That's why most of our customers start off with a small test order of maybe a few tubos - click here to see our range of tubos available as either singles or in any combination you like.
 

How long will it take for my cigars to arrive?

We ask for 4-10 business days within the European Union and for 7-14 business days for the rest of the world from the time of shipping (not including weekends or public holidays). We usually ship your cigars either on the same day we receive your order or the day after. If there is going to be a delay in shipping because we are out of stock for example we will contact you and give you the option to cancel.
